1. Overview
FirstSpark sells Credits, a prepaid balance used to unlock AI-generated deep readings (e.g. Six-Dimension Deep Reading, Compatibility Reading, Annual Forecast, Shared Destiny, Life Sandbox). This policy explains when and how a Credits purchase can be refunded.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who handles billing, tax, and refund execution on our behalf.
2. Refund eligibility
A purchase is refundable in full when both of the following are true:
- The request is made within 3 days of the purchase date; and
- None of the Credits from that purchase have been used (i.e. no reading or feature has been unlocked with them).
In other words, an entirely unused purchase can be fully refunded within 3 days. Once any Credit from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is no longer refundable, because the AI content has been delivered and the underlying cost incurred.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Any purchase where Credits have already been used, even partially.
- Requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
- Free Credits, promotional Credits, or Credits granted via an experience pass.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your account;
- The order/transaction reference; and
- A brief reason (optional, helps us improve).
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Dodo Payments. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact [email protected]. Verified billing errors are fully refunded regardless of the 3-day window.
